Job Description

This position will have responsibility to develop Web application, Web API and more for our Fintech services such as “Rakuten Card”, “Rakuten Pay”, Rakuten Bank” etc.

  • Perform requirement analysis, design and technical documentation
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
  • Work to improve and enhance quality in automated testing, etc
  • Work with leader and teammates to estimate and plan for projects

We expect to join as tech leader level in our team and becoming leader/manager in the future.

Job Requirement

Must have:

  • At least 3+ years working in Java Web/API development
  • Intermediate-level in English communication
  • Strong knowledge in Java Web & Enterprise (EE) technologies
  • Strong experience in SQL, especially Oracle
  • Good knowledge with source control and defect tracking tool
  • Good experience with unit testing: JUnit, mock
  • Must be independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to present complex ideas and document in a clear and concise way.

Nice to have:

  • Working experience as a Tech Lead and Team Leader
  • Experience in using JSF, frontend development

Job Description

Bridge Engineer (BrSE) is the person who acts as a connection between each of project teams in Rakuten Fintech Group companies. By using communication skills and technical skills, we expect to help the communication process between the customers and the project team smoothly.

  • Working with Japanese customers on related projects about requirements, specifications, working process, etc.
  • Manage projects or work closely with Project Manager/Leader to monitor and control project
  • Analyze and transfer various requests to project team members during the whole development process

We expect to expand your responsibilities not only Bridge for project in Japanese, but also project management.

Job Requirement

Cụ thể, lĩnh vực làm việc:Kỹ thuật viên hỗ trợ người sử dụng và vận hành công nghệ thông tin và
truyền thông – 351 – Kỹ thuật viên quản lý phát triển dự án.

Mô tả vị trí công việc, chức danh công việc:

  • Xác định phạm vi và mục tiêu của dự án.
  • Quản lý chỉ đạo kỹ thuật của dự án thông qua việc thiết kế, triển khai và phát triển dự án theo
    yêu cầu của khách hàng Nhật Bản.
  • Chỉ đạo và giám sát tất cả các nguồn lực hỗ trợ để thực hiện các nhiệm vụ và hoạt động của dự
    án.
  • Đưa các dự án từ ý tưởng ban đầu đến quá trình triển khai cuối cùng. Kết nối tất cả các yếu tố
    bị ảnh hưởng bởi dự án bao gồm người dùng cuối, dịch vụ máy tính và dịch vụ khách hàng.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm thu thập và phân tích các hoạt động kinh doanh tiếp theo liên quan đến các
    dự án được giao và hỗ trợ phát triển hoạt động kinh doanh mới bằng cách đưa ra các đề xuất.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm tất cả các khía cạnh về việc phát triển và hoạt động của các dự án được giao,
    đồng thời phân công đầu mối liên hệ chính cho các dự án.
  • Phát triển kế hoạch làm việc chi tiết, lịch trình, ước tính dự án, kế hoạch nguồn lực và báo cáo
    tình trạng.
  • Tiến hành các cuộc họp dự án và chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi và phân tích dự án, đảm bảo tuân
    thủ các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và đánh giá các sản phẩm bàn giao của dự án.
  • Có khả năng quản lý một hoặc nhiều dự án. Có thể giám sát về chuyên môn và hiệu suất kỹ
    thuật trong công việc của thành viên dự án.
  • Có khả năng giám sát, quản lý, đánh giá nhân sự và hỗ trợ tuyển dụng.
  • Làm việc trực tiếp với Trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật để phát triển và duy trì kiến trúc thông tin dự án
    hợp lý cho phép khả năng tương tác thông tin liền mạch của các hệ thống từ hệ thống giao dịch,
    hệ thống quản lý tài liệu và hệ thống cung cấp thông tin.
  • Báo cáo tình hình dự án với Ban Giám Đốc của Công ty và khách hàng phía Nhật Bản.

Yêu cầu :

  1. Trình độ
    • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật/ Công nghệ thông tin hoặc có ít nhất 5
      năm kinh nghiệm trong chuyên ngành quản lý dự án.
    • Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Nhật.
    • Tự tin giao tiếp và có khả năng thuyết trình.
  2. Kinh nghiệm
    • Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong chuyên ngành quản lý dự án.
    • Am hiểu, nắm rõ về lĩnh vực Công Nghệ Tài Chính, có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các công ty
      hoạt động trong lĩnh vực Công Nghệ Tài Chính ở Nhật Bản.
    • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực công việc.
    • Có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng.
    • Sẵn sàng đi công tác dài hạn và ngắn hạn ở Nhật.
